We always try to send orders out within 5-7 working days of purchase, during busy periods certain parts may have to be manufactured due to high demand for popular models, for european orders delivery times are 10-14 working days and International destinations can be upto 21-28 working days due to couriers and customs delays
If i purchase an item and it is incorrect, can i send it back?
Items can be returned for a refund or replacement if supplied incorretly by ourselves. Our stock products purchased that are supplied correctly but you have made a mistake can be returned, a credit note for the item less initial postage will be given. It is your responsibility to pay the return postage cost and make sure the item is on a trackable insured service. We are not responsible for lost returned parcels.
Do we send parts worldwide?Yes, the website will convert the prices into Euro's, US dollars, Sterling or AU dollars. Outside UK/Europe you do not pay our vat tax, make sure you have the VAT deselected.
